I am having some serious cravings for S'MORES!!!! Maybe it's the it's summer time vibe that is spreading around the vibe I used to love when I had the summers off for hanging out with my friends, taking trips to the beach and overseas, and having all the time in the world to read and catch up on my want to read list. Living in FL I try to hangout by the pool as much as possible on the weekends to satisfy my desire for a summer vacation the three month kind! As the schools in the area are out and everyone is talking about their summer trips and days at the beach I have the summer version of spring fever!! I may blame Target and their display of all the ingredients necessary for making s'mores even down to these nice reusable sticks for roasting the marshmallows! Sunday I stocked up on the Hershey's chocolate and marshmallows from Target but alas they do not carry gluten free graham crackers so I finally picked up a box at Richard's Whole Foods and am so excited to go have one in ooooh about a minute!! =)

Umm this is one delish looking entry, blog friend! Just wanted to share that my latest healthy-ish craving stopping snack is that when I REALLY need a little something I spread a thin layer of peanut butter on a graham cracker (you could use the gluten free) and spring it with a couple chocolate chips. Microwave it for 30 seconds and it will change your life. Not bad in the calorie department either.
